Ciano’s Modern Latin Flavors

Ciano’s Modern Latin Flavors in Campbell blends the traditional dishes of Mexico and Central America with an exciting modern twist in a colorful, modern setting. Executive Chef, Ricardo Ramirez enjoys an exceptional cooking resume from his training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park to working with chef Rick Bayless at his acclaimed Mexican restaurant Topolobampo.
Chef Ramirez celebrates the various flavors of Latin America with various small plates, executed with artful presentation. From Peruvian Causitas, tasty finger foods with potato puree as the base ingredient, Ecuadorian pork carnitas, Brazilian salt cod and yucca fritters to Caribbean veggie empanadas, Ciano’s small plates are a great way to experience the different flavors of Latin America. Also delicious are the several raw fish dishes including a traditional peruvian ceviche of fresh fish in a zesty leche de tigre served alongside sweet yams and puffed corn. Ciano main dishes continue the celebration of Latin cuisine staples with an Argentinian-style hangar steak with house made chimichurri sauce, grilled chicken breast over a smoky adobe sauce alongside cotija cheese fritters and Mexican chilaquiles with an Oaxacan style tomatillo sauce.
Accompanying the flavors of Latin America is an equally exciting menu of Sangrias, cocktails and wine. Ciano’s serves several sangrias available by the glass or litter including the house variety made with malbec, orange and lemon juice, limoncello and bulleit bourbon.There are also cranberry-orange, peach and mango sangrias available. Red and white wine selections are dominated by Argentinian varieties but also include wines from Chile as well as California. Artfully presented cocktails include the Peruvian pisco sour and Brazilian caipirinha as well as other beverages with Latin origins.
Ciano’s Modern Latin Flavors serves lunch and dinner Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
